Surveying Your Customers

No news is good news? Not necessarily so.

Are you in touch with what your clients are really thinking?   Follow up calls to your existing clients to obtain honest feedback is smart thinking. 

Customer Service calls can help identify any problem areas so you can deal with them. 99 works with you to identify the right questions to ask, and we provide an impartial voice to speak to your clients.

However you wish to conduct it, we will work with you.  A satisfied client is your best form of advertising. It's got to be good for business. 

And as you probably know we can also survey potential customers for you... talk to us if you would like some Customer Service or Survey help.

99's Offices are Closed over the Christmas period and will reopen on January 12 2009. 

So its a big Merry Christmas and thanks to our valued clients for your business this year.

It makes our lives interesting having such a wide client base. We are happy to know that we can contribute in some small way to help with the excellent work you do.
